Chickpeas are also known by its other name like gram, Bengal gram, garbanzo bean and Egyptian bean. Chickpeas is belong to a legum family. It's seed is fully protien seed. Chickpeas is domesctic farming in Turkey. It used to grow in the country of the Middle East in 9500 years old ancient times.

Now, There are mainly two types of chickpeas found; 1. Larger, light and tan chickpea is called Kabuli chickpea and
